September 2015 – Amyx, Inc. of Reston, Virginia was awarded another task order on the OASIS Small Business Pool 1 contract for National Guard Employer Support Program (NG-J1-ES) Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Program. NG service and family members currently have evolving employment challenges since the implementation of the earliest reintegration and employment assistance programs. Whereas once there was a constrained selection of accessible support programs to fulfill their needs, they now are challenged with determining the best option amongst an overabundance of offerings. “We at Amyx are pleased to provide NG service and family members an Employer Support Community of Practice (COP) that integrates and leverages specialists and leadership enabling the program to be more effective, efficient, and responsive.”

Amyx will be providing technical support, developing and promoting a supportive environment for NG service and family members, ensuring program standardization and a sustainable continuity of service, and integrate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure “every door is the right door” for NG service or family members seeking assistance.
